Returns and Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So our commitment is to manage any exceptions that may arise to your satisfaction.

My product arrived broken, can I get a part to fix it? If your product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we may be able to simply send you a part to fix the problem. You can submit a parts request to us and if a part is available to fix the model, we will ship it out within 24 hours. We’ll need photos of the defect so we can work with the shipping company or the take some pics and send them our way! Please be sure to inspect your model within 3 days of receiving it in order to be eligible for assistance if the model arrives damaged.

Parts won’t do it, can I get a replacement? If your model can’t be fixed with a part, we will send you a return goods authorization so you can send the model back. Upon receipt of the damaged model, we will send a replacement. If you prefer a refund or store credit, we can do that too.

What if I ordered the wrong model or changed my mind? You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We are in the collectibles business, so it’s important that the model be unopened, so that we can resell the model as new. If you mis-ordered or changed your mind, just send the model back in its original packaging to the below address. Be sure to include your order number in the address.

How long will it take to get a refund? You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns or shipments not accepted by the customer.

What if I opened the model, but still want to return it? Since we won’t be able to sell the model as new, there will be a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be reduced from your refund. Then, we will most likely resell the item as an open box item, for a reduced price.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
