Q:  How do I start earning rewards?

A:  Tell your family, friends, and co-workers to shop on diecastmodels.co, and enter your name in the "Who Referred You" field in the shopping cart. We'll send you a coupon for a percentage of your referral's purchase.

Q: Is there a limit to what I can earn?

A: No, this promotion has unlimited rewards. The more you promote diecastmodels.co, the more you are rewarded.

*Q: Do you reward for every referal, link, Tweet, Facebook, Blog/Forum post?

A: Yes and no, the intention of this program is to reward you for talking about DiecastModels.co. Referal sales earn unlimited RZ points, we will reward links on a quality basis (forum, blog spam links do not count), Tweets are limited to 1 per week, Facebook friends is limited 1 per customer, tweets/forum/blog links will be rewarded on a case by case scenario. Just let us know where you talked about us. If you wrote a product review, please email us a link to your review.

Q: How does my friend indicate that I referred him?

A: They MUST type your name in the "Who referred you?" field in the shopping cart while placing their order.

Q: Am I eligible?

A: This promotion is open to all account diecastmodels.co account holders. Having an account is necessary for DCM to send you your reward. Creating an account is easy!

Q:  How do I check my rewards balance?

A:  DCM will email you weekly with your reward dollars and coupon code.

Q: How do I use my rewards?

A: You can use you rewards dollars on any model in the Rewards Zone category. Add your desired model to the shopping cart and enter your coupon code during checkout.

Q: Are my rewards automatically updated?

A: Yes, each time someone you refer purchases, your rewards account is updated and you are sent a new coupon code. Your previous code will then be inactive.

Q: What is the timing on my rewards?

A: Usually, your rewards will be issued within one business day of your friend's purchase.

Q: Can I use some of my reward balance now, and some later?

A: Reward coupons are one-time use only and do not carry a balance if not fully redeemed…so make sure your purchase in the DCM Rewards Zone Category is greater than the amount of your reward coupon.

Q: Are any models not eligible for rewards?

A: Unfortunately there are some exclusions. P&H models, Pierce Velocity Series, Drake Collectibles Series, and Manitowoc 31000 and all pre-order models are not included in this promotion. 

Program Rules

DCM Rewards program membership is open to individuals who have a current, valid account with Diecastmodels.co. Communications about the program, including any changes, will be communicated by e-mail or on DiecastModels.co. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or older and by using this program you agree that you have read and agree to these Program Rules. You specifically agree to provide and maintain a valid e-mail address and to keep DiecastModels.co informed of any changes to your e-mail address. If you are between 13 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on which state you reside in), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to participate in the program. Your rewards balance is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your rewards are valid only at DiecastModels.co You begin to earn rewards when your first referral enters your name in the referral box of their order. You agree to receive operational communications about the program, as well as optional advertising and marketing material from DiecastModels.co.

DiecastModels.co may, at any time, terminate or modify the rewards program by posting the modified rules on DiecastModels.co.

Your rewards account will be updated approximately 1-3 business days from your referral's purchase date, delivery date or shipment date. Your rewards are based on dollars spent on qualifying net purchases and rounded to the nearest dollar. If an item is returned, your rewards will be deducted from your account equal to the amount of reward earned on that purchase. Rewards are awarded to only one account holder per transaction. Rewards coupon codes have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your rewards to anyone else, except to the extent that DiecastModels.co will allow. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.Net Purchase means any retail purchase of eligible items on DiecastModels.co. Eligible items are those items that are in-stock at the time of purchase and do not include items previously purchased, pre-orders, or items sold at pricing other than retail. P&H models, Pierce Velocity Series, Drake Collectibles Series, 1:10 Otis, and Manitowoc 31000 are not eligible.

Reward coupons are coupons for discounts off future purchases in the DCM Rewards Zone category on DiecastModels.co, and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the rewards coupon presented for redemption. Reward coupon are one-time use only and will not carry a balance if not fully redeemed. Reward coupons are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers and cannot be used on shipping, handling, or applicable taxes. Unless noted otherwise, each reward coupon will expire 90 days from the issuance date. Reward coupons may be used only once. Reward Certificates expire at 11:59 pm Central Time 90 days after issuance.

In situations involving misuse of the program, we specifically reserve the right to freeze related accounts and stop future redemption of rewards coupons issued to those accounts. DiecastModels.co reserves the right to terminate your account for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.
