    The real ones are working hard 24/7 in mines in Chile in hard rock terrain, so this one comes with the small dipper and small crawler pads. The detail is stunning and you won't find anything out of place. As I have said in other reviews, the heft and the fine and precise detail on these model is such that it's relatively easy to break parts if you don't pay attention to where you place your hands. Bucyrus is now part of Caterpillar, so these models are not coming back, as Caterpillar sees models as toys, not museum-quality replicas. If you already have one, keep it; if you don't , get one!!!

    I received my Bucyrus 495HR Mining Shovel today and was right away impressed with the massive size. When I opened the box and beheld the exquisite detail and quality craftsmanship I was very glad I made the choice to buy this model before they were all gone. You won't find a more highly detailed model than this one, nor one made to such high standards of quality. Unlike some other replicas, which I purchase for investment purposes, I'd find it very difficult to part with this one.
